You want to automate broad but straightforward processes
As a rule, BPA platforms follow a holistic approach to automation and come with a wide range of basic or mid-level features. This is what makes BPA most effective for manual and repetitive but multi-step business transactions spanning multiple enterprise systems, like employee onboarding, inventory and procurement, document and content management.    Â
You aim to support, not substitute your employees
Business process automation systems are not designed to operate fully autonomously. Instead, they complement employees and alleviate their duties, helping them to be more productive.
